Oh and surprise surprise..there's a pool! yes, above ground and not the prettiest, but we'll take it! We plan on using it at least for this summer and may remove it later to 'pretty' up the backyard a bit more.

This was the biggest shock when we visited for the walk through. Spring had definitely sprung. This is a cherry blossom,right? It is beautiful!
